Shelley prides herself with having 27 years in the customer service industry and truly has an innate ability to understand her clients needs while maintaining outstanding customer service. She works tirelessly on her clients behalf while maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics. Shelley stays up to date on the latest internet marketing tools and technological ''know how's'' whether buying or selling your home. Her ability to make people feel at ease is extremely important to her as she knows how important it is to have effective communication in the buying and selling process. She has first hand knowledge and experience in new construction, buying and selling homes and a keen eye on decorating and staging homes to create a welcoming feel.

Shelley has lived in the Raleigh-Durham area since 2009 and truly knows the different areas to live and what all they have to offer. She also has lived all over the country as well as traveled the world which really gives her an advantage of diversity and the different cultural values and traditions. Shelley has volunteered numerous hours with Autism Societies, Meals on Wheels, the Ronald McDonald House, Samaritan's Purse, bone marrow registry and local community services through her church. She lives by the motto ''How you make others feel about themselves says a lot about you.''
