Hi everyone! My name is Scott Bartkoski, and I am the owner and physician of Holly Springs Direct Primary Care. This is a membership based direct primary care office with an emphasis on an outstanding doctor-patient relationship. My patient panel size is much smaller than a normal office, so I can focus more on my patients. This means same or next day appointments, extended visits without feeling rushed, and finally a true connection with your doctor. Patients will get my personal cell and email for direct communication with me, even after hours. Along with being board certified in family medicine, I'm also board certified in obesity medicine AND lifestyle medicine, so I'm here to help you live a longer and healthier life! This model of care allows me to help my patients reach their health goals that might not have been possible otherwise. My office can serve individuals, families, or even small businesses!
