Community Visibility - Grow your market - Reach new consumers
Each year HollyFest draws a crowd of over 10,000!  
Business Members of the Holly Springs area are invited to this one-day community festival. Take the opportunity to introduce your products and services to over 10,000 HollyFest attendees. You may choose to distribute coupons, literature or promotional materials to encourage future business. These booths will sell out! Be sure to register asap. 
  
Booth Space
Booth size is 10 ft wide x 10 ft deep. All exhibitors must furnish their own display equipment and provide the necessary protection from the elements. Exhibitors must stay within their assigned space, keep the back of their area neat at all times, and clean the area after the 4:00 pm breakdown. No tables, chairs, tents or electricity will be provided.  Generators are not allowed.

Multiple booth spaces may be rented. The Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce will determine placement of booths and vendors on a first come basis.  Setup begins with staggered entry assignments starting at 6:30 am on Saturday, and all displays must be completed and the aisles must be clean and free of  boxes by 9:30 am.  All cars off the field by 9:00am.  All displays are to be in good taste, neat and appealing to the customer.  No vehicles are allowed in the Booth Space.
 
Business Expo Hours:  10 am to 4 pm
You must maintain your booth until closing. Early packing will not be allowed. Vehicles will not be allowed to remain in the booth area. Assigned parking will be provided nearby. Prior to the festival, you will receive your booth space number, directions, map to the event, parking instructions, and other information.

Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting and reporting the applicable sales tax.  
Vendors selling goods and/or services must have a valid NC Sales and Use Tax certificate displayed during the entirety of the event, if required by NC Department of Revenue.

Vendor booth registrants are not confirmed with an assigned space until both payment and the Business Expo Application & Liability Form are received in the chamber office. Registrations close September 30, 2019. 

Fees Divided by Rows -- Per 10 x 10 Space:
Row 1--$160 per booth space for Chamber Member;  $185  Non-Member  SOLD OUT!
Row 2--$135 per booth space for Chamber Member;  $165  Non-Member   SOLD OUT!
Row 3--$110 per booth space for Chamber Member; $140  Non-Member & Political Candidates.  SOLD OUT!
