Crescent Communities is the master developer of over 200 acres in two unique campuses in Holly Springs, THE YIELD Holly Springs and THE YIELD North. To date, Crescent Communities has completed two buildings totaling 210,000 sf and have three additional buildings of 322,000 sf under construction at THE YIELD Holly Springs. Planning and design is under way for the balance of the Crescent owned 200 acres in Holly Springs as well.
