Our studio provides a blank canvas with endless possibilities ready to personalize for any business. Featuring white walls, ceilings, and floors it is a dream space for creatives. Exterior wall-to-wall 10' windows flood the space with natural light. The studio's wide-open floor plan allows space for multiple seating and table configurations for workshops. All rentals include access to lighting equipment, backdrops, and various furniture pieces. Our studio is available to rent the hour, half-day, or full-day.

Studio 557 is more than just a studio space, we are a community that supports creative entrepreneurs. Our Community Workroom provides both full and part-time workspace for small business owners who need a place to call their own. We also offer drop-in options with a day pass.
The Community Workroom features include flex workspace, a kitchenette and dining area, gigabit internet, and so much more. Our Meeting + Sales Room offers a space for private meetings with comfy seating, a connectible 60" 4K TV, as well as additional features to serve photographers utilizing in-person sales.
