To keep all of you updated on our efforts to get the vaccine out to as many people as possible, I wanted to share information about an event we will be hosting on Sunday.
WakeMed is honored to be working in partnership with NC DHHS and Wake County to distribute COVID-19 vaccines. Below, you will find the press release NC DHHS sent announcing large-scale vaccine events which will occur in the coming days across North Carolina. To ensure they are functioning properly, it may be necessary to test some sirens more than once.
This information is reflected in the 2021 Harris Nuclear Just before the holidays, our nation made significant and promising advances in the fight against COVID-19 through the approval and rollout of two vaccines. WakeMed joined all North Carolina hospitals in partnership with the state and local public health departments to begin distributing the vaccine to our frontline, COVID-19 facing hospital employees.
